Well, my 365 project is coming to a close... somehow, including the photo that I haven't taken yet today, I am short 5 days of photos. I have no idea where I missed them... perhaps they were simply missed in one of my bulk resize/upload/post sessions.
I do have to admit that I did cheat a little; there were about 5-7 days that I forgot and took extra shots the next day to make up for them. Between those and the missing 5 photos, that leaves me at nearly 12 functionally missed days for the year. Not TOO bad, but a failure all the same.

On the other hand, I consider this a fantastic success. The 365 photo project helped me rekindle my use of my camera(s) and constantly have a watchful eye. I greatly enjoyed the undertaking (though a couple days I didn't have the energy and simply shot something to shoot something), and I'm going to continue to try to shoot every day, but in a more relaxed sort of way.

Working in the park again this year kind of messed up my posting flow, due to spotty connection speeds, bandwidth considerations, sometimes not having a connection and not always being able to offload the camera to the computer to upload... but I kept shooting. I feel a little bad about the compilation posts (like this one is), but, once I fall behind on resizing and uploading, it's all too easy to let it languish a little longer :P It didn't help that on New Years day I came down with the Flu, which led into Mycoplasma pneumonia... I just didn't want to do anything, let alone upload photos.
