Easter wind-down
BWAAAAAGH
Okay, yesterday was interesting - as per usual, woken up a good few hours earlier than I would have liked by my mum shaking me.
Yep, it was the Easter egg hunt, and yep, she was the only one fully awake and excited - everyone else, myself included, in various stages of sleep. And in our pajamas. It's the rules ¬.¬
Highlights this year were driving to the office, the beach hut, and my grandma's. What normally take half an hour to complete took three times as long this year - she really outdid herself. Go mum, we're so proud (though I'm really scared that I'm starting to think just like you now, maybe banning me from the hunt next year is a good thing...)
Oh, oh, Monsters vs Aliens was teh funny - made even more hilarious by the fact that Sean and I were the only two there above the age of 10 who weren't parents.
Well, we found it funny, anyway...
So, I have a mass invasion of teh famille arriving today - mum's co-ordinating the kitchen and going slowly mad, and the two guests we have (brother's partner and OTHER brother's gf, both of whom were v. confused yesterday XD) are now rather scared.
I'm hiding from any responsibilities I have for the next 3 hours. Go me.
So yeah - hope you enjoyed your Easter (I have too much chocolate now, MAKE IT GO AWAY)
