Mild raeg and boredom 1

Spamming my livejournal seems like a better way to waste time than look for gap-year volunteer work in Canada or procrastinate from re-reading She Stoops (which took me an entire day of TIDYING MY DAMN ROOM to find).

I think the Haberdashery is screwing with me. Their sign used to clearly say Closed On Wednesdays, so I thought going on Monday would be fine.

Clearly not. The sign now says Closed On Mondays.

FFFFFFUUUUUUU-

((Just looked up to see a bunch of people dressed in potato sacks doing what looks like a cross between a conga and spasms on the TV, with a voiceover saying 'And now the fertility rites can be performed. EH?!

I should really either mute the TV or pay attention to it.))

My Awesome Plan of starting studying this week has been ruined by
1) Extra work shifts IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY,
2) The discovery of Hetalia: Axis Powers and a new-found love for the personification of Italy, Russia and Germany,
3) My notes hiding themselves in my room, crossed with the system of If You Want Something You Must Sacrifice Something Else, which is why I now can't find one of my sketchpads but instead have my English textbook

*Le Sigh*

I've also been set back by the wireless router, which has been playing Now You Have It, Now You Don't with internet signal, rendering all my efforts to email my personal statement to my teacher pointless as I have to go and twiddle the aerial every two minutes.

On the plus side, I've spent so much time laughing at random things over the past week I'm fairly slap-happy and therefore not annoyed (so far). I've also found a bunch of old CDs in my brothers room which my laptop seems to like.

((THE VOICEOVER MAN SOUNDS LIKE NIBBLER FROM FUTURAMA JSKSKFKKGHH))

I think that's enough random crap for now :)

education woes, rambling, hetalia, time well spent
