If only the economic principles of todays modern world were as primitive as they once were, we wouldn't be living such a stressful and tedious life.
In the process off: Reading Walden and Civil Disobedience
What intrigues me so far (after only reading 22 pages)
-the first part of the first chapter talks about the uneccecities
-then he goes on talkin about how a man should live a man's life and how he should push away inheritances, which can become a hinderance to his life
-and then he goes on talking about how great proverbs and philosophers did not live materialistic or complex life but chose a path of unwealthiness and solitude
And now I'm reading about his life before residing in the shack by Walden Pond for 2 years and 2 months.
exciting read..very interesting. Plenty of people told me it was so boring but I find it very intriguing..yes indeed.
