1. mctabby's Drabbleathon is almost over, and I just managed to make the deadline! I wrote Harry/Ron for shocolate, which was totally silly, but at least it didn't turn into filk, which is where I was going last night. You should go read, just because Anj writing Harry/Ron is like a sideshow as is. XD
2. I have been in Tallahassee these past couple days visiting my lil sis for her 21st birthday, and it's been kind of insane. I've gotten glomped by complete strangers, forced to endure beer pong, facilitated her drop into the fountain, and many other crazy things that shall not ever again be repeated. But I do have something to share with y'all, and that is
FWEE! I am delighted. It looks awesome, seems to be healing up well, and is exactly what I wanted. (And yes I was sober when I had it done. I remained sober all weekend, I'll have you know, though it wasn't from lack of trying on my sis's friends' part.) So. YAY! :D
I have to catch a plane in a bit so I'm going to stop there, but it's been an interesting and varied weekend. Next post will return you to your regularly scheduled LJ. And may or may not include fic. >.>
