I visited my dentist after 2 months today. He was supposed to remove my braces. But he changed his mind since he was still not satisfied with my upper teeth. I can feel the effect of the adjustment already. My teeth hurts. a lot. But at least it's a sign that my teeth are cooperating. If all goes well, I'll have my lower braces removed next month and have retainers for them, and my upper ones will be measured for a retainer too. :|
