weekend update
OUR COMPUTER HAS BEEN TOTALLY FLAKING OUT- AGAIN! so i havent been able to post but here's a nice weekend update on our lovely and funfilled days.
FRIDAY. I went with co/worker and friend to Devotion tattoo and body peircing. We got there when they opened at noon and i didnt leave till 15 till 9 (when they close) my friend got a prince albert done and i think it may have been the most horrifying thing i have ever witnessed to date. I got a new tattoo, a pheonix flying over my right shoulder. it looks awesomeill post a pic soon.it took about 2 1/2 hours but it looks great, i highly recomend devotion tattoo. it is on the very end of governors, almost to the interstate, but it is very clean and the guy there - jeff duke- is an awesome painter/artist and does great work. i DONT recomend, howeer, getting a tattoo over sunburned shoulders. not fun.
SATURDAY. it was clint and my 1 YEAR ANIVERSARY!!! yay for us! we went to my parents house and ate the saved top part of our wedding cake that had been frozen for a year, it wasnt very good, but it was the thought that counted. my parents gave us an awesome digital camera! yay! no more fuzzy camera phone pix! then we went swimming at tash's apartment complex but i could really get in the water due to the afformentioned new tattoo, but it was nice - cold tho. then we had a nice dinner at Ruby Tuesday's and went to a play. We saw "Dearly Departed" played by the Huntsville Theatre League, it was very very funny. a "deep south" comedy about a funeral and disfunctional families.
TODAY/SUNDAY. mothers day! happy day to all of you mothers out there! we wnt to my moms house and ate ribs and wings, and pooted around for a bit. BLUE caled my mom for mothers day - how did you even get her cell #? it was kinnda weird, but my mom thought it was the sweest thing ever. 100 brownie points for you. then we went to clints parents house, did the whole present/hang out thing and had some GREAT chocolate pie that his aunt terri made (she doesnt cook so it was quite amazing) she has just moved back to alabama from la, ca. his gma was there so we got to hang with them. then we went with 2 other couples to dinner at Vinnie's Imdian Resturaunt, it is soooo delicious! and then we all came back to the house, joined by Will, and sat arond our fire pit in the back goofing off, which brings me to now. yay!
