Roast Chicken

Oven and dish preheated to 450. Washed and dried chicken and separated the skin a little. Sprinkled the top with cayenne pepper, and then salt. Lemon was cut in half and then stuffed inside. Put chicken in hot pan along with crushed garlic and cut up potatoes. Cook until thigh is 160 degrees. I squeezed some lemon juice on top about halfway through cooking. Whole thing took about 1 hour to cook.
