40 degree humidity. typhoon season (hurricanes).mosquitoes hungry for my canadian blood.nightmarkets.night market food that will make me sick.asians who look at me funny cause of my loud manly laugh.no parents! crowded subways.24hr traffic jams.weird asian drinks/treats.shirts with weird english like "i love busty".cousins.friends.cockroaches(o god save me now).department stores(think bloomingdales not kmart).the original bubble tea.stray dogs that my sister will try to take home.relatives commenting on my mandarin.shopping,except u can barter! pretending not to speak english so i dont get kidnapped.weird asian cuisine that i always refuse to eat.partying in taipei and taichuang.
ps. any suggestions for things to do on a 12 hour plane ride? good books?
