Well, maybe not on Reddit, but sometimes celebs do other online Q&A things, interactive interviews and stuff, or sometimes journalists who are about to interview them ask fans to send in questions. Or Keanu might go visit Portugal or something.
That's true; sometimes journalists ask for questions in advance over twitter and such.
And it's pretty meh how it seems nobody ever comes to Portugal [sad5]. No Keanu, no Misha... Considering Algarve is (used to be?) big among English-speaking crowds in general (mostly, from the UK), any of them coming here would not be THAT odd. Well... Madonna was here. And Scarlett Johansson, I think... And, rather random, Mads Mikkelsen (the Hannibal guy) was here too, apparently. o_O
