Lesson planning : answering questions (part 2)

* What's in your plan?
* Different institutions and schools often have their own lesson planning documents.
* How similar are they to the plans you write?
* What other information do you include in your lesson plans?

I am now coming to the approach to teach foreign languages not "in lessons" but "in skills": 1 "block" = 1 skill.
My plans are based on different logical steps of develloping skills. (I write about it in my LiveJournal blog).
I find it more natural, more logical.

The other reason is my clients, which are very busy adult business people. So they need
- structure
- only what really works
