I am getting disturbingly addicted to Big Brother. I like it the way I like my cigarettes: you know you don’t want it but the more you stop the craving, the more intense the addiction becomes.
I know I shouldn’t have tried watching it in the first place but since a) we don’t have ESPN; b) Jack TV’s gone; c) HBO’s primetime lineup sucks (and don’t even get me started with Cinemax’s); d) ETC has that pa-cute Rated Oh! host; e) VH1 specials aren’t that as interesting as before f) we don’t have UNTV; g) MTV plays a lot of Britney clones and Britney clones with guitars and; h) MTV plays a lot of hiphop, I found myself glued to the show. And besides, I’m better off watching it than Kung Fu Mulawin. Or something.
