I have a baby!
Ok, I have a new baby kitty :) It's all mine too, though my sister deludes herself that I have to share. His name is Squishie, and he's adorable. He's mostly white with patches of orange/tiger print. My sister and I drove all over hell's creation yesterday trying to find a kitty, then we stopped at my sister's 'cause we were in that area and the kids' little friend had kittens. I fell in love instantly, he was my baby kitty. Jes tried to get me to get the little all black girl, but she wasn't mine. We took him home and something on him was making my allergies flip out, which is weird because I've never been allergic to ANYTHING before...so I gave him a bath. During his bath I found about a million fleas...he's too young for a flea dip so I covered him in olive oil; in water they car bury their heads in the kitty and live, the oil suffocates them...then I washed him again to get rid of the oil and all he did was purr. He purred himself to sleep, he purred at me to wake up, he purred while we woke Jes up, he purred while we played...he's a purr-box.
