Hands that shape...
I've always found the whole process of pottery very fascinating. And especially so, watching potters at work. The way they shape the raw clay and give it different shapes and forms. Maybe one day, I'll get down to learning how to make a pot too!
Meanwhile, on a weekend drive out with the Bangalore Weekend Shoots gang, we went to Sultanpet (a diversion on the Nandi Hills route) and found this charming little place where there were a few potters at work. It was early morning, and it looked like they had done quite a bit of work already. We wandered around for quite sometime watching them shape pots.
