So My computer is finally working, sweeet
Dan's computer got a nasty virus, so he gave it to me, and bought himself a new one, and I had to figure out how to fix this computer, and I did because I'm awesome. However, I don't think it support WoW, but I will try and get it to if I can.
I'm also rather upset wih my cell phone company metro pcs. Their plan sounds great. Unlimited local calls, unlimited long distance calls, unlimited texts, unlimited picture messaging, for about $50 a month. Pretty awesome, I don't want to worry about going over my minutes and get an outrageous phone bill, I can't afford one of those. But I get delayed texts, missed phonecalls when my phone doesn't ring, and all when I have good reception, it's weird, and very annoying. The other day my boss called and needed me to come into work *badly*. Thelma called in sick and there was no one to cover the front desk. I didn't get the message until three hours later. I went in and talked to the employees, and in a very nice way they said..."we know we suck, we're working on it" So basically it can't be helped or fixed, and I can't really aford another company. Damn. My new number is (916) 904-2195
I'm taking my EMT class. Right now it's just boring. There's a lot of pressure, a lot. How well I do my homework is actually a matter of life and death, what a burden to have on your shoulders. But everything so far has been legal stuff, and things I already know from lifeguarding, how to make people's blood pump and lungs work. Im beginning to learn that quite a bit of anything that has to do with medical is legal. In matters of life and death people are more sue happy than usual. I also avoid wearing my uniform out in public. People come up to me and ask me my advice for their illnesses. I am not a doctor, I am not a nurse, I am an EMT *INTERN* I am still learning, so maybe I can save your life, maybe I can't....we haven't covered the chapter on "omg, the local gang turned me into swiss cheese But as boring as the class is, it's going well so far.
I got hired at Noah's bagels. I'm not too excited about it, I never wanted a job with food, but I just needed a job, period. It pays decently and Noah's is yummy. And it gives me good hours and i flexible with my schedule. To me, Noah's is like the average boyfriend. He's not tall dark and Handsome, or rich, but he treats you well and remembers your birthday.
