I like taking advantage of a bad housing market.
on the flipside though, I'm anticipating having a hard time finding work. i have heard back from a few local offices (davis farmer's market and a geothermal library) but everyone slacked off and went to see their families for the past few days. laaame
so i have to wait for monday to apply to anything non-retail/restaurant work related.
i'd prefer not to retail it out anymore. or join a waitstaff... well, maybe part time. it is a fun way to meet people
and jen, mcs accidentally gave me all my paid time off even though i was within my two weeks...i like nice mistakes
oh also, thanksgiving with my uncle's in-laws in san francisco was AMAZING! delicious food- fresh crab, mesican, turkey, booze-- complete with a pack of 6 year olds putting on an impromptu play about the 1st thanksgiving where 'the indians never made it to thanksgiving because they were downstairs playing uno'
it's nice to be near extended family for the first time in 13 years
