The icon is oversharpened.

too dark even if the blending idea is good

-the coloring is gorgeous

The icon is way too dark and the quality isn't good.
The idea is great but we it's too sharpened and her face is too light exposed.
The icon could use a little more contrast, especially in the face.
The b&w coloring is too washed out.
