- texture doesn't fit well, colouring is too pale (I love this icon, but I need to choose)
- good use of texture but the icon lacks color

- subject is overpowered by texture use
- badly cropped Jennifer, background doesn't match with image
love the background, and the coloring's perfect

- the coloring is too light, it needs some contrast or something. the placement of the 'J;' just doesn't work.
texture use is complimentary to subject, coloring is nice and soft.

- There's really not much done in this icon
