Thanks for the compliment. I love the LJ component of literature the most because it does give me that space to combine words and pictures. Sometimes the old cliche is true that a picture tells a thousand words and I love photography as much as I do writing. It's the part I 'get' about Blake the most. I'm so glad you also got the point of the pics, being an extension of the work, not just a compliment or side note so thank you.
You wouldn't believe it but most of the pictures were taken on a FujipixS3500 which has just died after only 3 years. I am not very impressed but it wasn't very good to begin with (only liked full overhead sunlight, no indoors, no movement, no low light, no night and was only 4 megapixels with a 6x optical zoom). I'm now really feeling the withdrawal from taking pictures. There are a couple on there that were taken with the cheapest non flash disposable you can find (they are colour with white boarders which I have scanned). The black and whites were taken on a Nikon LE and a couple I even developed myself in a darkroom. Very old-school, very beautiful camera but I just can't pay for film or developing.
Do you take photos too? I wonder why we were never on each others friends lists? Are you doing Blake this semester? I didn't see you in class.......
