✎ It has not been my week - I keep getting hurt. On Tuesday, I ended up messing up my hand while at the park. I was on the swings and there were little kids that kept running around. I had already stopped myself from hitting a girl once, when a smaller girl comes out of nowhere directly in front of where I was swinging. There was no way I wasn't going to kick her in the head - the force of me stopping launched me off the swing, but my hand got mangled in the chain. Then yesterday, I was walking Devon to camp and when we were crossing the street I heard an ambulance coming fast, so I tried to hurry Devon along. Then a car drives in front of us and blocks our way to the sidewalk. I could still hear the ambulance coming, and I knew it wasn't going to stop, so I basically hauled Devon and threw him to the sidewalk, and in the process I twisted my foot. I limped the rest of the way to camp.
✎ America's Best Dance Crew starts tomorrow, I can't wait! I was watching ABDC's top 10 performances yesterday. My top 3 favorites are Beat Freak's illusion performance, Quest Crew's Or'Quest'ra performance, and Fanny Pack's 'Get Your Freak On' performance. I'm so glad those were included.
✎ Has anyone seen the commercials for the movie Ponyo? It looks so cute, I really want to see it. I also want to see The Time Traveler's Wife. I've known about the book, but I'd like to see how the movie does it. If the commercials are anything to go by, it looks really good.
✎ For some reason, I've started reading the Battle Royale manga. I've known about this series for a long time, but I've always hesitated to read it because I wasn't sure of how graphic it was. Well, I'm on the eighth chapter, and there's been about 5-6 deaths? They do not pull punches. It's pretty graphic - I'm kinda freaked. Gonna keep reading though.
✎ I read the most recent Reborn! chapter, and I am so confused. It isn't necessarily that I don't know what's going on, but when did Reborn! get so complicated? I kind of miss when Reborn! was just about Tsuna getting shot in the head by a mafia baby and running around in his underwear.
✎ Less than two weeks until Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box comes out - I can't wait!
