what's up?
It's been a while since I posted, hasn't it? I was able to get a good bit of my work done, and...that's about it. My life is pretty boring.
✖ I didn't go to class on Tuesday, since my mother wasn't feeling too good. I didn't really mind, since it was just Keyboarding, but it was the review class for the midterm that's coming up this week. I'm not too worried though. I handed in my collage for my Digital Design class Wednesday, which got good marks. In my Graphic Novel class, I had my presentation on Akira Toriyama, and we finished going over everyone's plot summaries. Now we have to write out all the dialogue that will be in our comic. Originally, I wasn't planning on having dialogue, but I changed my mind. I've also decided to limit the scenes that I plan to show in the comic.
Thursday was just the worst day ever. Without really going into it, it was so bad that by 8 in the morning I had already been sobbing. It was one of those really ugly cries too - I felt worn out the whole rest of the day. I handed in my Film Studies essay, but I probably bombed it. There really isn't much I can do now though, so I'm not worrying about it. The only good thing about Thursday was that I got out early because my professor couldn't be there for my second class. If that hadn't been the case, I probably would've skipped the class anyway. I was in no mood for it.
✖ It seems like I'm watching all kinds of anime except the new ones this season. I'm still watching Dragonball Kai, I've begun to rewatch Outlaw Star, and I'll probably be rewatching G Gundam sometime in the near future. I kind of want to check out Star Driver and Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt, but I just haven't got around to it. I have however, begun watching Katanagatari. It's a monthly anime that started in January and is slated for 12 episodes - 10 have aired so far. It's really really good, and it's a shame that more people haven't watched it. The character designs are great, and I love the dynamic between the main characters Togame and Shichika. The only bad thing is that I have to wait until November for the next episode. Totally worth it though.
✖ More likely than not, I'll be going trick-or-treating with Devon this year. We were supposed to go to a Halloween party, but the tickets sold out. Devon will be going as a kind of ghost thing and I will be going as a dark fairy (though I won't look nearly as good in it). It was a costume I bought a couple years ago and never wore, and since I've stopped growing I figure it'd still fit. I'm not all too fond of trick-or-treating, but hey, free candy.
