I hate fucking applebees
so i called into apples bees at 5 to tell them i wasn't going to be going to wrk tonite. when i spoke to the manager, my wording was " i am not coming into work tonite." robbie, the manager, responds, " is this how you are going to approch this conversation?" me- I am still getting over an ear infection and my dad is coming into town tonite" (both true, but i am also going to my other jobs company x-mas party). so he tells me that if that is how i am going to approch the situation, he was going to leave a note for Hoggie, the GM of the store, and that i can call in tomarrow be for i work, i pointed out that there was a maditory meeting at 9, so he told me to show up for then and hoggie would talk to me.
so I am In big trouble aparently but i called in sick? or is it my wording?
may i point out that there a few waiteresses that dont show up for thier shifts half the time, or only show up for half of it. This is the only time i have called in ever... i will admit i have been late a few times, and half of those where on fridays, where i work my other job untill five5, and they put me on the schedual to be at apple bees at 5:30 even though i told them i cant be there untill six! and they fuck with my schedual all the fucking time, even though I tell them i can only work from 6 pm friday to 7 pm sunday. i work 66 hours a fucking week between two jobs, and this one doesn't pay work shit, if i am lucky, i make about 8 an hour, if i am lucky that is. and everywhere here is hiring, so i am likely going to tell them to fuck off and find an other job. seriously, there are more people then jobs here.
On a happier note, i did something really cool today. i learn and got to drive a couple of the big machines at work! i even got to dig a hole!! i was awesome! the first machine i drove was a case 621d, its was like driving a big car. the other one was a takeuchi skidsteer excavator. thats the one i got to dig a hole with!! it was awesome.
I really want to get the fuck out of here.... and come home..... I HATE ASSHOLES so much, and there are so manyhere.... so many fucking hicks, and my boss is a fucking racist about two inches from the closet....
