So my internet died while I was playing WoW yesterday. This is a lot like the last time, where my internet connection mysteriously died for no reason at all. I tried to reset power on both router and DSL modem with no luck. Last time I called tech support, he told me to switch the cable on the computer end to the modem end... and the modem end to computer end. While that made NO sense to me at all, it actually worked. (Richard says that's just a polite way of asking, "Are you actually connected to the internet?". That makes sense). So yesterday, I tried that, with no luck. Eventually I gave up and went to sleep.

This morning, I woke up, despite the fact that I was late, I decided to turn on the computer to see if internet was up, it was. Yay. At this point, I was fairly certain it was NOT my problem. It was theirs.

Then I got home from work, all prepared to game, turned on my computer. No internet. WHAT? NO INTERNET!? Alright, this has to be their problem, let me call tech support.

I really really really hate those voice activate automatic thingy. So first time when I tried to say "right" it didn't get it, I then repeated twice with this annoyed voice. It still didn't get it, I did my "Yakko" voice on the first try. It STILL didn't get it.
"Sorry, I still didn't get that. Please call back at a later time" *click*
me: "..."
So I called again, this time I didn't mess around because I don't want them to hang up on me again. This time I spoke normally, it got everything. Every freaking detail.
"I'll now transfer you to an repersentative"
I was thinking, FINALLY
then another voice showed up
"Due to the high volume of calls, we cannot take your call right now. Please call back at a later time" *click*

That's it. Everyone, if you can help it, do NOT use SBC.
