What is going on?

Today, while driving, I came across a car that was stopped in the middle of the road. It was in the left turn lane to a parking lot. A parking lot I was not alone in wanting to get into. So, when traffic cleared a bit, the cars behind the stranded on swerved around and went into the lot; I was one of those cars. Except, after I parked, I waled over crossed into the middle of this busy-ass road (PCH) and went to see what might be wrong and whether or not I could be of some assistance. The person behind the wheel was an asian woman in her late twenties. The bitch ignored me. That's right, I walk into the road to see if I can help her and this bitch completely ignores me. Instead of lowering her window, to at the very fucking least, tell me that she had help on the way, she pretends that her pony tail needs adjustment. I refused to believe what was she was doing, at first, and knocked on her window. She continued to ignore and play with her hair. I was so angry. I just left. I can't remember the last time I was that angry.
More importantly, I can't remember the last time someone made me feel so small with so little effort.
