*yawn*
Blah... I hate the humidity. I have had such poor sleep in the last few days, and it doesn't look to improve until... September. So, here's my quick update:
- Tonsils are healing slowly... the scar tissue in the back of my throat is eroding, which actually makes it hurt a bit more. Hopefully I will be able to eat foods of the solid/hot/spicy variety in the near future but for now I'm still bound to a liquid and soft food diet that is either cold or mildly warm.
- I finally found a place to live, after a somewhat dramatic roommate fiasco... involving the other two people, not me... so currently it's only me and one other person, and we're looking for a third person... and then it'll be all flowers and puppies, without the flowers or puppies.
- Looking forward to leaving this job... it's time... it's more and more of a challenge each day to be even slightly motivated or interested... mid-August is approximately when I intend to leave, taking a short break before classes start on August 30th.
- Due to lethargy as a result of tonsilectomy, I haven't been DDRing as much, but I have a bit here and there, and I'm starting to break into the standard level songs... halfbeats still mess me up a bit, but they shall be conquered, oh yes, they shall...
- Happy that Kerry finally chose a VP, and very happy that it was Edwards and not some of the other, more annoying possibilities =)
That's the update for now... hopefully I'll update again soon, but I cannot guarantee I'll have the time or will to do so... until next time, adieu...
