As some of you may know, I've recently acquired quite a love for cooking. I've been taking different recipes that I find and sort of adding my own twist to them. I'd like to share one of them with you, and see what you guys think:
Sean's Awesome Style Chicken
2 chicken quarters
2 tsp Chicken Bullion
3 tbsp Cornstarch
1 cup Water
Italian Seasoning
Parsley
2 Tomatoes
1 Red, 1 yellow, and 1 orange bell peppers
1 large Onion
1/4 cup White Zinfandel
Garlic Powder
Olive or Vegetable Oil
EVERYTHING WILL BE DIVIDED AMONG 2 SEPARATE PANS!
DO NOT DOUBLE RECIPE!!
Using 2 large skillets or frying pans, one for
each chicken quarter, brown chicken in oil on
medium temperature. Remove and set aside. Using
same oil at same temperature cook peppers and
onions until brown. Add garlic and cook for 2
minutes. Add tomatoes, seasoning, and wine.
Combine cornstarch, bullion, and water in
measuring cup to make chicken stock. Add chicken
stock and chicken. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat
and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until chicken
is cooked through. Enjoy!
If any of you actually make this, and somehow I doubt many of you will, please let me know what you think. If its missing something, let me know. If you love it, let me know that too! If you hate it, you can tell me, but don't be a dick.
Thank you!
