19 year olds that don't have their shit together

My classmate was talking about what she wanted to do before she came to Bidwell. She said she was trying to get into a Radiology program hosted by the local university hospitals (specifically Montefiore, my first choice hospital to work/volunteer at) where they teach you for 3 years how to be a radiologist and you had to work for them for 2. She said all you needed to be considered for one of the slots was to pass a 2hour long test involving math, reading, spelling, etc. And... she passed on the second try (note: she asks people how to spell things like "emergency" all the time)

So I'm looking for this program, because I want in but I can't find it. Cue sad violin music.
My only hope is to call the hospital itself and ask for information on it, even though their front desk will probably have no idea without more information, which I don't have. fuck meeeee
