[The screen shakes a little bit before everything settles out; Marceline is actually sitting on her bed rather than floating a few inches over it, and her bass is leaning against the furniture just in the corner of the screen. She's smiling, calm but with a hint of underlying excitement. This is going to be so math.]

[Oh boy this might get pretty rough, but she's pretty chill with backup, so long as she has her bass.] Little bit of everything, really. Write my own stuff mostly.

[Santana can be bad but she's not usually that bad, she likes her solos and gets frustrated when so many songs go by and she gets none. So if she's the only singer, all is good in the world. She and the band can be on equal ground.] Oh? Can I hear?

[Well... she asked for it. The camera switches on, Marceline floating over her bed with the axebass in her lap, fiddling with the knobs to get the sound perfect. It's probably her shortest song but it's good for a demonstration, and she never had recorded this one.]

I wrote this about a fisherman.

[She's not entirely pleased- that song had been a hit at that little nut kid's birthday party, everyone had loved it! How was it bad? She cuts back to text to hide her irritation and confusion; better to not see her reaction by her figuring.]

The only problem I have now is being stuck in this place. I'm used to being able to roam. I'm getting bored.

You'd know if I snapped, trust me. It wouldn't be pretty.
