I was thinking about trying to get mine off with alchemy but I can't figure out what it's made of. And they might be important, too.

It's a lot of places! It's made up of the North, Central, and South American continents for the most part.
Alchemy? I don't see how anything like that could help.

I could alchemically rearrange the composition of the collars to break them apart. But the problem is that I'm best with plant-based materials, and like I said I don't even know what these are made of, except that they seem like some kind of metal.
