The WRO networks in the meantime can still broadcast the rotas of the dead and messages of practical aid, and will continue to do so.
Even when I was head of Urban Development I never felt so disassociated from actually being able to provide tangible assistance. The rebuilds in Edge have stalled so that resource is dovetailed into humanitarian effort. It is necessary, but then, this is becoming extremely tiresome.
War indeed. Keep your family politics away from the actual efforts. For now, however... for this purpose: I will play a loyalty, as I have done many times before.
