People usually offer quite a bit of stuff.
People offer like vids and fic and icons like yourself. I think there's lots of people who even offer like baked goods and clothes and things like that. You can pretty much find whatever your heart desires. I think you can search the site in just a certain category too - like if you wanna see all the people who are offering up fics or something.
