My name is Raven.
Average name isn’t it? I bet you think that I’m just some average girl with black hair and good grades. Wrongo. Ok, I do have black hair, but I’m not average. Let me start from the beginning.
I’m falling, falling from the sky itself, how? Not even I’m sure. But I am. My raven black hair flying behind me as I plummet down to Earth.
A flash! Some sort of craft flies by me, a hatch opened and something grabs me. I’m not totally sure but I think I blacked out.
………………………………………………………………………………………………
A flash of blue! I opened my eyes. I creature that looked half human, half deer and half scorpion stood before me. Don’t be afraid, I want to help you. That was a voice! But it was in my head. What was happening? “What are you?” My eyes full of shock and fear I stared at the strange creature. I am an Andilite, I need you to trust me. I’m not even sure if I could trust myself… “Ok, what do you want to help me with?”
You are not alone in this universe… He then proceeded to tell me about the Yeerks…

I was pissed. I’ll admit it, I was pissed. This girl, whom I do believe is 12, knows about the Yeerks? Not possible, we’re the only one who know. Jake was having one of those speeches. I leaned back on the bail of hay I was on. My eyes danced from one member of our group to the next. My eyes landed on the girl. I gasped. “She’s waking up!” I interrupted Jakes speech. Every one turned to the girl
She sat up, looking pretty groggy. “Who are you…?”
“That’s not the real question here, the real one is, who are you missy?” I growled. The girl drew back. Rachel threw me a dirty look. “Guys, we really shouldn’t be yelling. We’re all 15 right? Well she’s about 12, so we look pretty big, and threatening…” She looked at Ax. “So, we shouldn’t make this anymore uncomfortable than it already is.”
Every one started talking at once. No one really heard a tiny voice saying. “I’m not afraid, you’re not even scary Andilite.” Every one continued to talk until a shrill voice pierce the noise. “I said, I’m not afraid, you’re not even scary Andilite!” She pointed at Ax. Every one stopped. We all stared at her. I laughed. “Hey, Xena, Warrior Princess, looks like you have a mini!” No one laughed.
I do believe that she knows what I am… Ax said.
I think she does Ax-man. I think she knows what you are big time. Tobias ran his beak over a feather. Guys, do you think…? I looked up at bird-boy. “But… she can’t… can she?” We all turned to her.
The girl was already 1 or 2 steps ahead of us. She was already half-way into a bird morph. Glossy black feathers and beak formed. I knew what she was morphing, and I knew Tobias was not going to be happy.

I has half way into morph. Ok, so I hadn’t really been running ALL of that time. A raven had landed close to me and I wanted to see if this new “power” really worked. This was my first morph though.
My morph was complete. I had become a raven, a glossy feathered trouble-maker for hawks. I looked up from inches off the ground. “CaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwWWWW” I shrieked. My Beady black eyes landed on Tobias. The raven’s brain knew him as the enemy. His hard glare beating down on me, making my feathers hot. I opened my wings and fluttered up, cawing and throwing empty threats. I swooped and dove for the door.
“Close the door!” Words meant nothing to me, I flew as fast as I could. But the door was faster! BAM! I lay on the floor, shrieking and flapping my wings like an idiot. I tossed and tossed, flipping over and over. I was still flapping as gently hands picked me up. I shrieked as I was put in a locked cage. NO! I want out! I shrieked. I bite the wire and raised my voice again and again. I want out! I claws at the hand if it ever came out.
She thinks she’s the raven. The morph has control of her. I knew that voice, No, a raven knows no one out of its murder. Out! Out! Out! Out! Outoutoutoutoutout! I hollered. I want out! I gnawed on the bars again. I continued to shriek until a voice came to me in my head. Listen, you’re not a raven, you’re a human. You have long black hair and we are your friends. I stopped moving, frozen. You’re wrong… I have no friends. I took out the screws of the cage and hopped down. I don’t even have a family, I don’t even know who I am, what I am, how old I am… I slowly morphed out. Some how, I had morph clothes along while becoming human.
I walked over to the door and threw it open violently. I walked away. I walked into the forest. I sat at the edge, between the tree line and meadow. I curled my legs in and wrapped my arms around them. I lay my head down and thought. I wasn’t crying, I don’t cry. Well, at least I can’t remember myself ever crying, But then again don’t really remember much about me.
I sat there, watching time pass. But time was frozen still it seemed, only not… I looked up. It had started to rain. The rain mixed with my tears. Ok, so I guess I am crying. But it doesn’t matter. Not like anyone cares, that what I thought before I felt the hand on my shoulder….

I’d like to be funny and MST this thing, but I’m too tired and it all comes out as just plain mean. *sigh* Well, enjoy it anywho. This thing is pretty much self-mocking.
