I struggled with lj for a bit tonight, and so I've had to split these posts up more than I wanted to. THIS POST IS FOR FANDOMS A-C (Angel Beats-Claymore).
A couple of notes:
-America is NOT in the Hetalia poll. We decided via poll that the previous year's winner should 'sit out' the next year.
