One of my goals this semester is to keep paying attention in my classes long enough to finish them. I think this goal is becoming ever and ever more difficult, as macroeconomics has today earned the dubious distinction of 'First Class I skipped due to boredom'. Technically, I skipped it to take my car to the shop, but I know, deep down, it was because I didn't want to wake up early just to fall asleep in that class. My mind vegetates to the point where it is barely even useful to use that class to read for my next. Problematic.

In other news, Jay's computer is broken, and can't play everquest. I think he will cry soon. I did my freakin' best on it -- I'm not quite done, there are still some more options that I haven't tried. I believe the problem is with his NIC card driver, and the way it interacts with online games. Guild Wars wouldn't work either, so I think it might be partially blocking the ports used for online gaming, which I presume are different from the ports used for internet browsing, which he can still do. If anyone has any suggestions, or ideas, let me know. Maybe he should run a virus scan. Though it would have to be a dick of a virus to just cut out MMORPGs.

In other news, hopefully this Saturday will be the glorious debut of this semester's DnD. I'm excited/anxious. I've got some ideas, but I don't want to post them online, since probably half the players could conceivably read this. Maybe I'll create a DM only livejournal, and share it with not my players. Regardless, I can't wait. Also, it's a good reason to hang out with Ashley, which I'm looking forward to. I haven't hung out with her in a long time, and I'm worried she's gonna start to atrophy.

Now, it's 3 am, and I'm tired, and have barely scratched the surface of the Japanese homework. Time to sleep.

Night.
