Honestly... I fail.

And suck.

Geez... Obviously when I haven't been to a single lesson in three years, I can't play something that's about a higher 6th grade.

I'm deluded.

Yes... I just tried ENDLESS STORY and failed miserably. The timing is quite fast and there's too many chords and my fingers are freezing and aren't flexible because I haven't ( Read more... )

I have ABRSM Grade 8, but I haven't touched a piano in five years. I'm NOT looking forward to re-training.

I take it you probably have the Trinity certification. ^_^ Google ABRSM.

... I doubt it. Finger control has atrophied significantly. T_T

Good question.

I think it's an AMEB certificate. (Australian Music Examination Board).

ABRSM is British. I'm not an American. ^_^ (Nor am I a Brit.) Whatever gave you that impression?

A what and what o.O That's a lot of kinds of piano certs.

I just have up to grade 8 ABRSM and a random grade 6 LCM (London College of Music). And I totally forgot why I have an LCM cert lol. I think I couldn't make the ABRSM exam time that year or something. I had to sit for Grade 8 twice because the first time I failed by ... just 4 marks! (i really didn't like my last teacher. i was really traumatized by her).
