There was (still is?) a college bar in buckhead called Moondogs. Whatever the case, it sounds like she is getter her life on track.

It seems to be this bar where they have killer drink/shot specials. sounds like a place a girl can get wasted very cheaply. many comments on this mentioned it sounded like a place this girl would love. :)
