Hitting the open road ...

Going to go see my Dad tomorrow in Destin for Father's day. We are going to go see a model train show in Pensacola as well. I'm hoping to get him interested in the hobby again. I think it would be a fun thing for him to do and he has the space for it since he has a spare room. It will be my first time seeing his new condo on the beach. It's at some kind of resort so I may take my swim trunks along as well.

On a sillier note, I finally found the space glove oven mitts that I have wanted ever since my last trip to the Kennedy Space Center in 2000. It appears the space center gift shop is on line.

I so want these for our kitchen:
