Please let this day get better!
I get up early and I'm still late for work! I hurry to post so I can stop and pick up a cup a White Chocolate Caramel cappuccino that I've been craving...leave the house later than planned...stop to get my drink...when I come back out I notice one of the front tires is a little low - Note to self: air it up before going home. I can't do it now - I'm cutting it really close! I try to get on the highway...traffic is already backed up - hello? it's barely 6! Once I get on and I'm zooming down the road - low gas light comes on. DAMN. I'm in Bekah's car so I have no idea how far I can drive it with the light on. But I'm already late so I'll just stop after work...prays all the way to work. Get here...spill 1/2 my cappucino while struggling to get out of the car because the damn wind has picked up and it's suddenly colder...and of course...my jacket is in Bekah's car (the new one she's driving)...get into the building and into the elevator...my badge won't work. I can't access my floor! Decide to go ahead and get off one floor below and take the stairs up to our floor. DUH! I can't get in that way either! Badge won't work on the security access in the stairwell either! AGH! Walk back down to the lower floor and try the elevator key again...badge finally works. GRRRR! Get to my desk and my boss is standing there...waiting. Forgot to turn in timesheet last night when I left and forgot the enter time online. I hurry to get online to so as not to miss the timecard submission deadline...I can't access the site. *sigh* Please let this day get better! *headdeskheaddeskheaddesk*
