Aaaaauuuuuugh. Blisters suck.
I mowed the lawn today, and it died several times which meant I had to let it rest for a while before restarting it. And it didn't like restarting. No it didn't. It did everything it could to make things difficult. And if that wasn't bad enough, I was forced to wear my big heavy blister inducing boots because since the grass had gotten not nice and long due to recent rain, it had spiders.
And not just any spiders. White tail spiders. And for those of you who dont know,
this is a white tailed spider. and
THIS is one example of a white tailed spider bite. There are many more. Some worse, some not so bad.
So you see why the simple act of mowing the lawn was so bad today.
Then, because I'm such a nice person, I offered to mow our next door neighbors front lawn as well, cause her son had her lawnmower and she couldn't do it herself.
The lawnmower died again. This time because one of the blades hit something very much solid hidden in the grass. We had to tip the lawnmower, yes I know you're not supposed to but we had no choice, so I could fix it.
Once that was done, of course it had flooded. And it had gotten too dark to finish.
So, the half mowed front lawn is now mocking me through the window.
....Also I think I got bitten by something. 8|
