(no subject)
I love how always around 5am or so, I'm at the hieght of my procrastination and I go on LJ hahahaa. I'm in the middle of writing this paper about postmodernism and semiotics..very fun!
I have two mosquito bites on my right eyelid. It was swollen pretty badly yesterday, but its better now. I can actually open my eye, but it's much itchier. ugh.
Monday was the Hammerfall listening party! I literally cannot describe in words how happy I was...I met up with Eden. I feel bad, I'm always like an hour late whenever I am supposed to meet up with him :( and then we met up with Gamma Mike, who ended up getting a ticket while driving to meet us. Luckily, my dad took care of that for him. I gave them the Helloween roecords i bought for them, I was so excited! I honestly still can't believe that I randomly found the Judas single on vinyl. SO good. heh
Anyways, we get there early and we chill for a bit. When Oscar and Joacim came in, I was literally speechless and clutching onto Eden and literally i was SO happy. haha They were incredibly cool people, and tall too. I was talking to Oscar first (I had him all to myself for a while) and it hurt my neck to look up at him while we were talking, he is 14 inches taller than me!! I was so nervous and speechless at first, so I asked him about the new album and he was like "I didnt know this was an interview!" and then I realized that he was probably so tired of talking about that and I felt really bad. We talked about travelling, about him being really tall and we compared American and European beers, it was all good. Joacim was great too, I think he noticed how crazy I was to see them and he made fun of me alot. When I went to ask Oscar to sign my poster, Joacim said "He doesn't want to talk to you~!!" and I told him that he was a mean man and that I didn;t like him.I frowned at him and he stuck his tongue out at me hahahaa. They are so good to their fans....I am so happy<333333 I stole a bunch of hammerfall coasters and made them sign everything I had, even my tourshirt. Eden gave me his Hammerfall First Crusades VHS because he knew how much I love Hammerfall XD hehee. Fabian, Niki and Lee met us there and everything was good. We left early because we all had school and I had alot of homeowrk to do. I wish I could have spent more time with them but on the other hand, i'm glad because I wouldn'tknow what else to say. I was in such fangirl-mode >_<
OHYEAH, Oscar told me that he remembered meeting me last year at their show<3333 I guess because they don't get ethat many asian fans in the US heh
Halloween was the next day, and I was supposed to meet up with Awesome and Kate but couldn't :(
I got out of class at 6 and "pregamed" with my classmates before going tothe parade. We tried taking a taxi down but there was so much traffic that we gave up and walked. It literally took us forever to get into the parade, but we finally snuck under some barriers and were able to march in the parade. It was so much fun! For a while, we were stumbing alongside the Kiss float. We got to the end of the parade sooner than we expected so we chilled in the dorms for a while. I went to bed really early that night too, around 2 or 3am. I unexpectedly got called in for work, so I worked all of wednesday. Then I went to one of my school's gallery openings because my graphic design class was showing our projects. It was such a bitch to get over to the west side, literally 11th ave. UGH. the show was okay, and the 3D show was okay too. I was basically pretty exhausted and I didnt; even get a chance to nap! I napped last night though before dinner, so I'm feeling pretty okay for now.
hm. time to finish my essay! bwahhhhh
