Ranting
I haven't ranted in my LJ for a while so I decided to post something...or some amusement...or not....
Well yeserday was a Stargate: Atlantis convention! Joe AND Torri was there!! But....I couldn't go...I was allowed to and all just that I don't have that sorta money on me. I have $150 on me (and that's probably the most I'll ever have before I get a job) and the tickets were $100 and the autographs were gonna cost more so I was torn between going and not going. My friend who I made into a HUGE Stargate fan like me couldn't go, she didn't have that kind of money to spare and with Christmas coming up and all...yeah. In the end, I didn't go and my friend and I vowed that we would go to America somewhere and go to one of their conventions!! They sound so fun! Espically the Comic Con, anime and scifi! XD
Yeah, I had to go out yesterday to take mind of things so I went to the city to buy Firefly DVD Box Set...despite the fact that I have exams this week! =P I went to JB Hi-Fi and they were out of STOCK!! Yeah, definately not my day. So I went to Kinokuniya, the comic store in the same building, and got a comic: Azumanga Daioh Vol.4. It's so funny!! XD I love that series~
