So, uh.. yeah. We put in an ofer for a house on Friday. Sunday we heard back from the seller that he would except with just minor changes to the contact (not asking more money though). So we signed the few changes to the contract and sent them back. We're officially locked on this house. This week we're getting a home inspection (tomorrow afternoon) and working on solidifying our mortgage loan.

As soon as a I have the photos uploaded, I'll share them around.

So excited. So happy! (Happy anniversary to us! ^_^)
