My meme turn: Fandoms
I know. I almost never do these. Especially since I keep forgetting to check LJ. shingan told me this was here and a lot of fun and now that I've caught up with other people's (at least those that I know well enough to make guesses... my apologies to the rest of you. I'm not boycotting, I just don't know you well enough, and I'm too chicken to make a random guess. *sheepish look* But I may get more ideas when I finally see the results. ;)
1. Post a list of 15 fandoms you follow
2. Have your friends list guess your favorite CHARACTER from each show.
3. When guessed, bold the line and write a sentence about why you like the character.
1. Ranma 1/2 - Ryouga - This series was one of the toughies to decide. One of my first favorite animes all together. but I just can't help but love the lost boy. (Maybe it's the fangs?) (shingan)
2. Ah! My Goddess - Skuld - Yes, I'm a sucker for this cute, bippy character. Even the childish pouting. (shingan)
3. El Hazard
4. Saiyuki - Hakkai - generally mild mannered and cheerful, and occasionally unsuspectingly cynical, plus a healer (and chi fighter), he has a lot of qualities I'd like to have... Plus he has a dragon companion. (My token character trait from way back.) (shingan)
5. Weiss Kruez - Omi - I had to think a while with this one. So many good characters, and I really wound up with Omi by almost default. But he's really grown on me with his optimism and dedication ot whatever job he's doing at the time. Also, the pairing of him and Ken is one of the few that I not only accept, I actually encourage it thanks to s1ncer1ty. (shingan and verified by s1ncer1ty)

7. One Piece - Zoro - There's just something about his "quiet intensity". No, really! I love his determination to become the World's Greatest Swordsman, not only for himself but for his childhood rival/friend. And the fact that he can sleep through anything if he's that tired. )learan)

9. Mortal Kombat - Subby/Sub-Zero (younger)- Yeah, okay, I can't help it. He's one of my first real RP chacters. I've been through so much with him. (That sounds weird, doesn't it? :) (shingan)
10. Final Fantasy IV - Rydia (yes, Rosa is actually second) - She really comes into her own in the game even as a child left on her own, and more so once she returned from the land of Summoned Monsters as a teenager. (shingan)

14. Harry Potter - Back atcha, Sirius, mate! - James Potter - We have the same messy hair, what can I say? A trouble maker, and intelligent enough to be good at it. Shingan
15. Red Dwarf - Cat - "How'm I lookin'? I'm lookin' nice. No, I'm lookin' better than nice. I'm lookin'... DANgerous! Yeow!" Says it all, really. ;) s1ncer1ty
Now I need to really think about who my favorites are. ^_^;
Update #1: 2:55pm - Someone knows me pretty well. ;) And some of these are so difficult that I'm not sure of the answers yet, so I'll post them later when I figure it out. ;)
Update #2: 11am(4/06) - Okay, I think I've managed to figure out my favorites... maybe I should have done that before, huh? *smiles apologetically for having confused people*
Update #3: 8:30pm (4/06) - All my favorites figures out. When I really thought about it, I guess some of them really aren't quite as obvious. Honest, I'm not doing this to make the guessing harder! ;)
