My brother is always pretty, though he's completely straight. He always dresses nicely; he always washes, blow dries, and straightens his hair every morning. I mean, I think it's because it's something that he personally finds important and, whereas a lot of other guys don't have the effort to devote time to cleaning themselves up every morning, he does. This is fine with me. There's nothing wrong with taking care of yourself. Maybe it's seen as being "gay" because this is generally something that gay men value more than straight men?

A lot of people seem to think of "manly" as dirty, gross, rugged, smelly, etc. (Think of a guy stuck in the woods for a week, maybe. :\) But ... personally I think if a guy is comfortable with who he is, he shouldn't care whether or not he's perceived as manly or not. Plus, on the other side of the coin, there are tons of gay guys who are stereotypically "manly"/rugged but that doesn't mean that they aren't actually gay!

It's all a part of how you want to present yourself and how comfortable you are with your image/how others view you.

For the record, I really like tall, skinny, geeky boys. Typically, those are the kinds of guys who wear t-shirts and jeans everyday, but if they felt like cleaning themselve up, they'd probably look even more hot. Whatever. >_>;

Yeah, theres days where just after I've shaved(it isnt too often.trust me LOL) and i FEEl soo much better and well prettier lol
