Capoeira
So this was a good week so far. I got to play my first song in piano. Frère Jacques. Little shakey on it but I played it and I'm excited. I can now play two songs. That and Mary Had a Little Lamb. lawl
I got my senior project approved so I can start working on it tomorrow. It's D&D themed and John Valentino, my Senior Project teacher, is a huge D&D fan so he fully supported it and was helping me with ideas.
I got the ceramics lab job so I'll hopefully be starting that next week. I'll be getting paid to pretty much sit there and do my ceramics assignments. It's less hours but I get paid a bit more and now I have more time to hang out with friends, study, or work on my senior project. I don't mind making less money all that much. I'm going to try and sell some art this semester to try and make up the difference. I'm really just concerned with having time to do my senior project. I want to say it's not too bad but I haven't started it and Murphy's law is a bitch.
John got to meet Amanda the other night. I want to say Monday? He stayed over for several hours just chatting with us. They seemed to hit it off. He did say something that made me blush though. We were telling Amanda about the time we stayed up til 6 in the morning quizzing each other on Cartoon Network and Nicktoon trivia. He said "That's when I knew she was the one."

Also, I went to Capoeira tonight! It was sooo much fun! Mainly because Kyle was one of the teachers so he partnered with me since there was an odd number of people... and because I went with Bonnie and Megs and they are awesome and I missed them. We did some basic stuff which was still killer on my body. It's a great work out! I want to try and go more often if my new job permits. See? I like this job already. I have time to do stuff on certain nights! I can actually play a D&D game this semester without it being on my ONLY night off. :D

Amanda needs to kill that STUPID clock before I burn it! XO It keeps beeping or playing music at 12 in the morning and noon and it gets progressively louder till you turn it off. Drives me crazy and scares the crap out of me.
Oh well. I'm exhausted. Night world!
