Hotel reservation problems
We're continuing to have problems with people being told the hotel is
full, when in fact the rooms are all blocked for Anime Detour. *sigh*
Please inform your friends & fellow AD members that they'll need to
e-mail the hotel at sales@ramadamoa.com to make reservations. As
Kendra said:
"Could you pass the word, that for reservations they can also use our
Hotel e-mail which is sales@ramadamoa.com . I am the one that will
respond, and as long as it works for you guys....I sure don't mind
doing it! Actually, if they want to even just request a reservation
and leave me a phone number, I can just call them back and take care
of it."
I'll be posting this to the forum when it comes back up and to the
Anime Detour LJ community. Spread the word.
As for staff, all staff room reservations will be made through Amy
Suckow.
