(no subject)
Maybe I'm going a bit mad, but I'm really starting to think I want to live on something akin to a farm. I've spent a long time researching the latest animal I want, which is a Nigerian Dwarf Goat. They are really smart and they get about the size of an average dog. They are really easy to take care of and very affectionate, plus they would eat up all the weeds around the house heh.
I'm assuming at this point that they will live with the chickens that I also spent a ridiculous amount of time researching a few months ago. Eggs for free, plus chickens are just exciting to me for some reason. I've also been looking into having my own vegetable garden, but there just isn't a feasible way of doing it at my house right now without help from my mom who doesn't really want to finance a vegetable garden heh.
I have such strange goals. I've also come to the conclusion that I really want to be a highschool photography teacher. Everyone I tell seems to think I'd be really good for it, but some are more enthusiastic than others. I guess most people either hate high school too much to understand me wanting to teach at one, or want to be paid a lot more than a high school teacher is paid. I used to think I wanted a fabulous job where I made oodles of money too, but there aren't really that many things I want other than my animals and photo equipment. In all honesty, being the crazy art teacher sounds so good to me right now, I don't really see a problem with having just enough money to live comfortably.
Oh by the way I changed my LJ style to the new format and then realized I was way to lazy to make my journal look good. Currently it's elephants.
