Decision
Well, the bad news is, I'm going to just have to pay the $250. The good news is (assuming they agree), I'll have them take it out of the $500 deposit I ALREADY paid for living here. The remaining $250 I'll let them keep as well, because the moment my new apartment becomes available, I am GONE. No 30-day notice. Just blow out. And never look back.
The remaining $250 would go to the cleaning of the room/bathroom as well as the 2 weeks or so I'd be living there until I move out. As in, I won't pay April rent in full. You know?
On the plus side, my Women In Voice Over is next week with GINNY MCSWAIN, AW YEAH, and I'm eating raspberry chocolates. Life could be worse.
