ah, this one is hard, because i just really recently got into Noir, but i love cowboy bebop!

Kirika would be a natural -- EXCEPT -- Faye's luck in surviving will never wear out. So while Faye won't ever defeat Kirika, Kirika can never succeed in killing Faye.

And I agree, Faye has some killer luck on her side no matter who she faces.

Kirika wins but Faye lives. Faye is not analytical enough to plan a strategy that will defeat Kirika. Mireille used the watch to tie with her. Faye would not have a ghost of a chance of wiinning without a plan. She does not plan well as shown so Kirika wins.
