Finally updating! Lawl.
No I have not yet gotten a chance to read the book yet, so DON'T TELL ME ANYTHING! (I'm only halfway through rereading Eldest.) >.>
Anyhow, SCAD is officially the most AWESOME college ever. Seriously. Nothing compares to this place. They have so many clubs and activities for students that I just can't choose! Haha I signed up for four clubs at Fall Fest, if I get into shape by next year I'm trying out for the girls soccer, and they have events for students like every week. (Not to mention welcome week had events every day. The hypnotist was the best, I haven't laughed so hard in ages.)
So I've signed up to get emails from Kamikaze Sushi (Anime Club), Cosplay Club (Hell Yeah!), College Republicans; McCain/Palin '08! (Seriously if Barak Obama becomes President...yeah our country is doomed.), and The Student Recreational Progam (They do all kinds of neat things like hanggliding, paintball, kyaking, whitewater rafting etc etc etc.). And my totally awesome friend Jenna signed up for all of them too. So cosplay and Kamikaze Shushi meet on Saturday which should be sweet.
So far my classes have been a breeze, like in Dawing 1 it's so pitiful. I am so far ahead of the rest of my class *sighs*. I freaking pwned the first 2-D Design project haha. I went into so much detail that it looked pretty damn sweet. And well Survey, I like my Prof cause he's entertaining, though I'm dreading the test next week. o.O
But all else is well here. I'm a little homesick but not too much. My mom and I are constantly chatting back and forth through email so it's all good.
I seriously do love this place though. Although my roommate makes me angry sometimes. (Like she keeps her side of the room clean but does nothing for the bathroom, which makes me all grr.) Ah well. Hope everyone back home is doing well. <3
